AxonOps AI Training & Enablement

Enablement designed to end with a team that does not need us

Workshops, playbooks, and hands-on engineering uplift for teams building with Claude. Tailored to your stack and your problems, not a generic curriculum.

What this covers

Scope of engagement

  • Hands-on Claude engineering workshops for platform and product teams.
  • Prompt engineering beyond the basics: caching, tool schema design, evaluation-driven iteration.
  • Claude Agent SDK and Managed Agents enablement with real-world project walkthroughs.
  • Architecture and review patterns for teams adopting Claude at scale.
  • Playbooks for incident response, cost management, and change control on Claude-based systems.
  • Executive briefings for engineering leaders on what to staff, what to buy, and what to outsource.

Taught by the engineers who actually ship this work

Enablement credibility breaks down fast when the instructor has never shipped the systems they are teaching. Our workshops are led by the same engineers who run our advisory, agent, and integration engagements. The patterns we teach are patterns we rely on ourselves when the pressure is on.

How we engage

A predictable path from scope to running system

Assess

Short conversation to understand the audience, starting skill level, and the real work they are about to do. Generic curricula waste everyone time.

Shape

Tailor the content and hands-on exercises to your stack, your data, and the systems the team will actually build.

Deliver

Workshops run live with real Claude API access, real evaluation sets, and exercises drawn from your problem domain.

Reinforce

Optional follow-up office hours and code reviews while the team ships its first production workload.

Outcomes

What we build with our clients

Teams that can build without us

The point of enablement is to leave. Our best engagements end with teams who no longer need outside help for the next project.

Shared vocabulary

Engineering, product, and compliance end up using the same terms for the same concepts. Meetings get shorter.

Practised patterns

Caching, evaluation, tool use, and agent design stop being unfamiliar and become muscle memory.

FAQ

Common questions

What format are the workshops?

Typically two or three days, in-person or remote, split between concept and hands-on exercises. Longer programmes stretch across weeks with milestone deliverables.

What prior knowledge do attendees need?

Comfortable with general software engineering. No prior AI or Claude experience required — we pitch the content at the audience level agreed during scoping.

Can you train our operators as well as our engineers?

Yes. We run separate tracks for platform operators focused on running Claude services, and engineering tracks focused on building them.

Do you ship training materials we can reuse?

Where clients want it, we leave slides, exercises, and reference implementations behind under the agreed licence so the training keeps paying back.
